• AI technology (including Perplexity AI sourcing publicly available data),

• Licensed data vendors,

• Satellite, aerial, and street-level imagery, and

• Manual research from publicly available government records.

Some Property Data may be considered personal information under certain laws, even if not tied to an individual by name.

1.4 Usage Data

We automatically collect information about your device and interaction with the App, including:

• IP address

• Device and browser type

• Operating system

• Pages viewed and actions taken

• Dates/times of activity

• Diagnostic and performance data

The App is not intended for children under age 13 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).
We do not knowingly collect data from children.
If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
