Property Data (AI-Gathered and Manually Collected) The App gathers property-related data (“Property Data”) using both AI technology (e.g., Perplexity AI sourcing publicly available data) and manual research performed by Adventus AI LLC staff from public records (e.g., city and county property portals) when available. Property Data may not be directly tied to identifiable individuals but may be considered personal or sensitive under applicable laws depending on the jurisdiction and the context.

Usage Data We may automatically collect certain information about how you access and use the App, such as your IP address, device type, browser type, operating system, pages visited, and the dates/times of your visits or use.

Communication Data If you contact us directly (e.g., via email or a contact form), we may collect the content of your message, your email address, and any other information you choose to provide.

Cookies and Similar Technologies We may use cookies, web beacons, and similar tracking technologies to collect information about your interactions with the App. You can control cookies through your browser settings, but disabling cookies may affect the functionality of the App.

  • We do not claim ownership of your User Data (see our Terms of Use for more details).

  • Analyze usage patterns and user feedback to enhance the user experience.

  • Respond to your inquiries or comments.

  • Send you administrative notifications, such as changes to this Privacy Policy or security alerts.
